Breakfast is my favorite meal to make, whether I’m baking, sauteing or mixing. Maybe because I’m a morning person and don’t mind waking up a bit early to squeeze in an omelet or french toast, or any excuse to test out a new recipe will suffice. When I’m short on time, I’ll whip up a smoothie with whatever I have on hand. This creamy, pineapple concoction was the perfect pick-me-up to match the sunny morning outside. It’s packed with protein, no added sweetener and only 230 calories.
Recipe:

- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (0%)
- 2 tablespoons almond meal
